Strategic Resource Management and Business Advice

Supporting rural and regional communities and businesses.

Lycaro Consulting provides strategic resource management and business advice to support regional communities and businesses to thrive by working with them to ensure that they have access to:

  • Sustainable resources that allow for economic development whilst balancing long-term availability for the community and environment, focusing on pragmatic, contemporary rural water management and delivery.

  • Critical services that ensure that communities are able to thrive and realise their aspirations.

  • Operational and strategic planning to provide a pathway to success.

We do this by working with people to understand their needs and find solutions to make the most of opportunities. This includes advice and support in areas such as:

  • Strategic Advice and Planning, with Hugh Christie bringing over 25 years of experience in the management and delivery of rural water resources;

  • Independent Policy Review and Development, informed by experiences both delivering and advocating for improved outcomes for customers and stakeholder groups across the rural sector.

  • Business Case & Grant Applications, with an understanding of what drives success from a combination of developing funding applications and assessing grant programs.

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Support, building upon experiences engaging with customers, stakeholder groups, industry and government across the water, agri-political and waste management sectors.
